trans-cam.net is a written guide. Nobody appears on camera for us, and we do not film, photograph, commission or upload sexual imagery of any person.

1. What is published here

Every page on this domain consists of text written by our own team, simple drawings such as the map and pin symbols, and links. None of these elements depicts actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, and none of them was created with a performer.

2. Why no records are kept by us

Since no visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct originates here, the site falls outside the producer definitions of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A and of 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Consequently there are no performer files to maintain, and this domain names no custodian.

3. Live chat and linked platforms

A live chat may later be embedded in the panel at the top of the start pages, and some links lead to adult cam platforms run by other companies. Those companies produce and stream their own material. Verifying who their performers are and how old they are, and holding the paperwork that goes with it, is their job; each platform publishes its own statement on request.

4. For adults only
